This project was a renovation to the interior of the Lady Bear Locker Rooms located in the Ferrell Center at Baylor University. It consisted of demolition of the existing space, removal of flooring to allow for new plumbing, and bringing the interior finish out to a state of the are locker room that is one of the best in the Big 12. The curved locker room area also includes a teaching area, large meeting room with a overhead projector, kitchen with lounge area, shower and toilet rooms, full sized hot tub, and laundry facility.
