Located at 7601 Steinbeck Bend Rd. Waco, TX 76708. This project represents phase I and II of VI phases. The ESEC building is a LEED certified building. The main building consists of 10 classrooms with two-way interactive technology plus a 150 person lecture hall. It also includes EMS and forensic labs, faculty offices, conference / library room, computer lab and student commons area. The training areas include a large weight room and large take down room. The other part of this project involved a six-story burn tower and setting up utilities for all the futrue phases. We have recently finished Phase II of this project which is an additional fire loop and storage/classroom facility.
