Located at 1208 Jewell Dr. Waco, Tx 76712. A new 30,000 square foot district administration facility, which earned LEED for new construction silver certification. LEED certification identified Midway ISD Administration Building as a pioneering example of sustainable design and demonstrates leadership in transforming the building industry. This project used regional materials, recycled and low-emitting materials, native plants, requiring little water and a cistern for water collection, used for irrigation. There is shading provided in the outdoor space, inside there is day lighting in over 75% of spaces and exterior view from 90% of spaces.
