Late Model Restoration is an automotive parts dealer and restorer. Their facilities were to be expanded. A new metal building and foundation was added on the existing structure. The building is used as a bulk storage area, a show room, and as a office space. John W. Erwin General Contractor, Inc. created bid tabs with an all inclusive checklist for each trade to ensure the entire scope of work was included.
