This two story 36,300 square foot medical building houses a surgery center, laboratories, doctor's offices, exam rooms, out-patient exam rooms, ​radiology department and radiology department and radiology laboratory, and meeting rooms. The building has a concrete foundation, structural steel frame, built-up roofing, and masonry. The project included site work, paving, site utilities, interior architectural finishes, landscape, and irrigation.
