Slovacek's finish out in West was particularly challenging. The project was to provide a new facility to produce, prepare, and sell their specialty sausage and other goods. There was not an architect on the job so the design was done through a series of written checklists. The project was continuously changing during construction per the owner's request. John W. Erwin General Contractor, Inc. worked hard as a team to meet the needs of the client based on what was already built , what was already ordered, and what the budget of the project was. We created bid tabs with a all inclusive checklist for each trade to ensure the entire scope of was was included and achieved.
