Magnolia Press Coffee Shop is the renovation to an old 5,000 square foot triple wythe brick building into a beautiful new Coffee shop designed by Magnolia.  We worked hand in hand with the Magnolia Design team and CP&Y Architects to create a unique and comfortable space for people to relax and enjoy their coffee and pastries.  The Magnolia Press Coffee Shop was phase I of II.  Phase II included the renovation of 12,000 square foot metal buildings directly connected to the Magnolia Press.
