Traveling west on Highway 84 from Waco, one can't help but recognize The First National Bank of McGregor, South Bosque Ranch. The distinctive exterior appearance and exquisite landscaping leads to the relaxed and intimate interior creating an atmosphere of security and comfort. This was the first project to be developed on the McGregor Airport property, pursuant to a joint agreement between the cities of McGregor and Waco. John W. Erwin General Contractor, Inc. navigated the uncharted waters of the compliance process and secured regulatory approval by both. Scheduled completion and budget were both met. Single story 7,230 square foot structure on concrete piers with suspended slab on steel joists and metal deck, structural steel frame, standing seam metal roof, and load bearing masonry. The project included site work, paving, site utilities, and interior architectural finishes.
